We are always on…24/7, 365 days serving our customers no matter where, how or when they need us. Our extensive distribution network and proprietary technology enable us to take on the most challenging use cases and give us real time transparency down to the last mile.

We are known for our expertise, reliability and resourcefulness but we pride ourselves on relationships. Turning the impossible into the everyday, takes exceptional trust and teamwork and we couldn’t do it without our extraordinary suppliers, customers, logistics partners and on-site crews.

From humble beginnings as a ship chandlery business servicing East Coast ports in America we are proud to be a full-service operation covering all of North America and Europe. But we’re not stopping there… our 2030 Going Global plan is well and truly in flight and will see us extend our reach to customers in Asia and Africa.

MARINE - CRUISES, FERRY & CREW

We started life as ship chandlers and still operate a chandlery service on the East Coast. So, we know all the components that need to align for successful deliveries to be made on time, everytime. We supply cruise ships, ferries and cargo ships directly and in fulfilment partnerships with an extensive network of ship chandlers. We provide agile, tailored and fully adaptable service to meet docking schedules, delivering directly and to nominated consolidators.

MILITARY

Our servicemen and women deserve the very best. It fills us with enormous pride to play just a small part in delivering them some home comforts. We are extremely active in tendering for military contracts and have an excellent fulfilment rating.

OFFSHORE

We have access to a fleet of multi-role vessels perfectly suited for heavy-duty work at sea. We can work to your specifications, providing a one-stop, safe and tested solution. In recent years we have also bolstered our on-shore capabilities using US hubs close to the Marcellus, Bakken and Eagle Ford basins.

DUTY FREE

With our high security, airside cleared vehicles and crew we provide a comprehensive selection of bonded goods to the duty-free market.
